النبذة المختصرة

(Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. degree in power systems from the Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia, Moscow, Russia, in 1996, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical power engineering from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University), Moscow, in 2000. He worked as a Consultant with the Electrical Department in Jenin’s municipality for one year. Since 2001, he has been working at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Palestine Technical University, Kadoorie (PTUK), Tulkarm. He is currently a Professor of electrical engineering. He is also the Dean of Scientific Research at PTUK. His research interests include solar energy, power systems, protection systems, and load forecasting.
