تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار الأثر بين نفخ الصافرة والصمت التنظيمي، في وجود استقامة القيادة كمتغير وسيط بينهما. وقد شملت عينة تتكون من 89 موظفّاً من أصل 121، يعملون في الإدارة بالمركب المنجمي للفوسفات بجبل العنق. وتقوم الدراسة على افتراض أنّ هناك ارتباط عكسي بين نفخ الصافرة والصمت التنظيمي، وأنّ دخول استقامة القيادة كمتغير وسيط يؤدي إلى زيادة مستوى نفخ الصافرة، وبالتالي انخفاض مستوى الصمت التنظيمي. وقد استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، إذ تكونت من 39 فقرة تقيس 13 بُعداً. وقد تم استخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيري نفخ الصافرة والصمت التنظيمي، ووجود أثر لنفخ الصافرة في الصمت التنظيمي، إضافة إلى أنّ استقامة القيادة لها دور وسيط وملطّف بين المتغيرين السابقين.

The aim of this study is to test the effect between whistle blowing and organizational silence, in the presence of leadership integrity as an interactive variable between them. A total of 89 out of 121 staff members were questioned in the management of the mining complex at djebel el Onk, Bir el ater Tebessa. The study is based on the assumption that there is an inverse correlation between whistle blowing and organizational silence, and that entering the integrity of the command as an interactive variable between them leads to an increase in whistle blowing level, thus reducing the level of organizational silence. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation between the whistle blowing variables and the organizational silence, the presence of a whistle blowing effect in the organizational silence, and the integrity of the leadership has a moderating interactive role between the two previous variables.
