The research deals in his analytical study with the issue of the referendum on the secession of the Kurdistan region of Iraq in the new media in general and non-Iraqi electronic news sites in particular, in order to know the nature of dealing with this issue internationally and regionally in the media and the treatment mechanisms for each of them regarding this issue.
