This study aims to shed light on the concept of crisis management, building information system the necessary information needed by decision makers during a face crises facing the Ministry and the information's, as well as for the preparation of a special register of experts who are assigned to participate in committees and teams that contribute to addressing the crisis faced by the ministry , and document their experiences in this rule for use in the future to address crises and the design Web site of crisis management in the Ministry of Industry and Minerals is linked on the ministry's Intranet or Internet network within the ministry.Method is used documentary and survey to collect information needed for a study to survey the opinion of experts who are assigned to resolve the crises and problems in the ministry through the questionnaires have been distributed and interviews with officials and decision makers and experts in the ministry, as well as observation and mentoring continued throughout the duration of the study.
