تسعى هذه الدراسة لتقييم جودة التكوين في جامعة أدرار وفقاً للتقارير الصادرة عن خلية ضمان الجودة الداخلية في جامعة أدرار، وهذا وفق دراسة مقارنة بين التقييم الذاتي سنة 2017 وتقييم سنة 2018 من خلال دراسة تطبيقية لجامعة أدرار للتعرف على أثر تطبيق متطلبات المرجع الوطني الجديد لضمان الجودة للرفع من جودة التكوين في جامعة أدرار، بالتعرف على أهم الهيئات الفاعلة في مجال ضمان جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر واعتمادا على معايير ضمان الجودة الواردة في المرجع الوطني الجديد لضمان الجودة الداخلية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية، وهذا في أول تقييمين منذ انطلاق العمل بهذا المرجع أول مرة سنة 2017، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التقييم كان أقل من المتوسط في السنتين بالإضافة لوجود قابلية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالعمل على إرساء مبادئ ثقافة الجودة، كما أشارت نتائج التقييم الذاتي لسنة 2018 لضرورة تفعيل الهيئات واللجان التي نص عليها المرجع الوطني لضمان الجودة والتي من شأنها أن تعمل على تنفيذ استراتيجية جامعة أدرار في ميدان التكوين.

This study aims to evaluate the quality of the formation at the University of Adrar
according to reports issued by the internal quality assurance unit at the University of Adrar. This
study is based on a comparative study between the 2017 self assessment and the 2018 evaluation
through an applied study of the university of Adrar to identify the impact of applying the new
national quality assurance of the quality of the formation at the university of Adrar, in recognition
of the most important actors in the field of quality assurance of higher education in Algeria and
based on the quality assurance standards contained in the new national reference to ensure the
quality of internal Algerian higher education institutions, in the first two assessments since the
inception of this reference first time in 2017, the study found that the evaluation was less than the
average in the two years in addition to the faculty members ability to work on establishing the
principles of quality culture, the results of the self-evaluation of 2018 indicated the need to activate
the committees stipulated by the national quality assurance authority the strategy of the university
