إنّ مخطوط" إسماع الأصم وشفاء السقم في الأمثال والحكم" لأبي راس الناصر المعسكري، كتاب مهم وقيم حوى مجموعة من الحكم والمواعظ؛ رتبها على حروف المعجم، وجعلها ثمان وعشرين فصولا على عدد منازل القمر. ونزولا عند رغبة مسلم بن عبد القادر يذكر الباحث صادق بن قادة أنّ أبا راس الناصر جمع هذه الأمثال والحكم في كتاب سمّاه "كشف النقاب ورفع الحجاب عن أمثال سائرة وحكم باهرة ومواعظ زاجرة" . وتابع أبو راس الناصر هذا الكتاب بشرح له سمّاه " إسماع الأصم وشفاء السقم في الأمثال والحكم"، هذا ما أشار إليه أبو القاسم سعد الله في كتاب تاريخ الجزائر الثقافي.

al-Ma'sari is an important and valuable book that contains a set of rulings and
precepts, arranged on the lexicon of the lexicon and made twenty-eight chapters on

researcher Sadiq bin Qadir says that Abu Ras Al-Nasser collected these proverbs
