He is an experienced associate professor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Food Safety and Technology, Food Microbiology and Biotechnology, Food Chemistry, Food packaging, Food and Environmental Biosensors, and Nanotechnology. In addition to academic writing, scholarly reviewing, proposal writing, lecturing, and coaching. He is also an expert in strategic planning and quality assurance in the higher education sector. Strong education professional with 3 postdoctoral stays focused on the development of food nano-biosensors and nanotechnology applications in foods from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2), Spain.
