في سياق إجراءات الإغلاق التي اتخذتها بعض الدول لمكافحة جائحة(COVID-19)، إلى جانب التداعيات الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية المترتبة على ذلك، هدفت هذه الورقة إلى اقتراح إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال BPR كنهج إداري جديد لمواجهة عواقب هذا الوباء.ولتحقيق هذه الغاية ، في هذه المقالة يتم تسليط الضوء على الأدبيات BPR و المؤسستية للتحقيق في التكيف و قيود البيئة المؤسسية التي تقيد التغييرات المطلوبة لأعتماد إعادة هندسة الأعمال في المنظمات.لذلك تم تبني إطارًا شاملاً يجسد العلاقة بين تنفيذ BPR وتأثيرها على البيئة الخارجية والداخلية للمنظمات.أخيرًا ، تعزز المقالة الأدبيات ذات الصلة والموثوقة والمتعلقة بالتغيير التنظيمي ،و BPR ،وتأثير جائحة COVID-19 على المؤسسات التعليمية ، للكشف عن اتجاهات البحث في المستقبل.

الملخص الانجليزي
In context of the measures of closures that have been taken by some countries to confront the COVID-19 pandemic, beside, the socioeconomic consequences consequently. This paper aims to propose Business Process Reengineering BPR as neo- managerial approach to face consequences of this pandemic. To achieve this end, in this article BPR and institutional literature are highlighted to respond and adapt to the constraints of institutional environment that restrict required changes by adopting BPR in organizations. Accordingly, the authors proposed to design a comprehensive frame that embodies relationship between implement of BPR and its impact within the organization's external and internal environment. Finally, the article enhances relevant and reliable literature relating to organizational change, BPR and the influence of COVID-19 pandemic on educational institutions, for revealing research directions in the future
