استشراف المستقبل في ضوء فقه الإمام مالك- رضي الله عنه- ومدرسته الفقهية يجد أرضاً خصبة طيبة مباركة ،تخرج منها الكثير من الأحكام الفقهية التي ترسم ملامح الواقع وما يجب أن يكون عليه المستقبل من الرؤى والسياسات النافعة ،فقد كان الإمام مالك - رضي الله عنه - فقيه رأي كما هو فقيه أثر.
ومن واقع هذه الدراسة فإن التعويل على الرأي عند الإمام مالك في بناء الأحكام الشرعية وإن تنوعت وسائله ينتهي إلى أصل واحد وهو جلب المصلحة ورفع الحرج، وهما مبدأن أساسيان من مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية، وقد ساعد على ذلك أن الإمام مالك كان يحاول مع تلاميذه أن يوائم بين أعراف الناس وفقهه، يجيء إليه الناس من الشرق والغرب سائلين مستفتيين، فكان لزاماً عليه أن يساير العصور المختلفة، والحضارات المتباينة.

The future outlook in the light of the jurisprudence of Imam Malik - may Allah be pleased with him - and his school of jurisprudence finds a fertile, good and blessed ground, from which many jurisprudential rulings emerge that outline the features of reality and what the future should be like in terms of visions and beneficial policies, as Imam Malik - may Allah be pleased with him - was a jurist of opinion as well as a jurist of influence. From the reality of this study, the reliance on opinion by Imam Malik in building legal rulings, although its means varied, ends with one principle, which is to bring benefit and remove hardship, and these are two basic principles of Islamic law. This was facilitated by the fact that Imam Malik was trying with his students to harmonize people's customs and his jurisprudence, as people came to him from the East and the West asking for fatwas, so it was necessary for him to keep pace with different eras and different civilizations.
