عتبر منهجية البحث العلمي أحد الحقول المعرفية الضرورية للباحث في مجال العلوم
الإنسانية بشكل عام، وميدان العلوم السياسية والقانونية والاقتصادية بوجه خاص. ورغم تركيز
المهتمين بالعلوم الاجتماعية بهذا الحقل (منهجية البحث العلمي)، فإننا نلحظ قصورا في الاهتمام
لدى المختصين بالعلوم السياسية والقانونية والاقتصادية بهذا المجال، وخاصة ما تعلق بمراحل إعداد
البحث العلمي.
وتكتسي مراحل إعداد البحث العلمي أهمية بالغة لا تقل أهمية عن فهم الباحث للمناهج
والنظريات والابستيمولوجيا، فالباحث الذي لا يتقن مراحل وتقنيات البحث العلمي _خاصة
إعداد الرسائل والأطروحات_ يجد نفسه عادة بعيدا عن جوهر موضوع بحثه، ناهيك، عن ابتعاده
عن العلمية والموضوعية، مثله مثل الهاوي الذي لا يجيد السباحة، ولك أن تتصور مدى إمكانية
غرقه

Methodology of scientific research is very necessary to the
researcher in human sciences in general, and political, legal,
and economic sciences in particular. Although people
interested in social sciences focus in this field (Methodology
of Research(, we find a lack of interest among those
interested in political, legal, and economic sciences, especially
with regard to the steps to the preparation of scientific
research.
Steps of scientific research have an importance so that the
researcher understands methods, theories, and epistemology,
because the one who doesn’t know the steps and techniques
of scientific research- especially those related to the
preparation of theses and dissertations- always will be out of
the essence of his research subject, and objectivity.
The major focus of this study is to discuss the steps and
techniques to the preparation of scientific research- theses
and dissertations-scientifically and objectively in four axes, in
refers to international scientific methodology, that accepted
in many national universities.
