جاء بحثنا هذا ليسلط الضوء على دور التكوين في المجال التكنولوجي للأرشيفيين في تأهيل وترقية هؤلاء الموظفين لممارسة مختلف المهام الأرشيفية بأكثر كفاءة، فضلا عن تقديم خدمات نوعية لجمهور المستفيدين على اختلاف أنواعهم باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة.

This research has been conducted in this context to highlight the role of training in the technological aspect for the archivists in improving, and upgrading these archivists to practice their tasks with more effectivity, as well as to provide Quality services for the different users, by using the modern tools.
