تقوم هذه الدراسة على عرض ثلاثة محاور أساسية؛ بمنهجية التأصيل لموضوع الدراسة؛ ذلك مع الأخذ بالاعتبار المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي الخاص بوضعية الجرائم المستحدثة و أثرها على الأمن القومي، و ذلك من حيث التعرف على ماهية الجرائم المستحدثة، و كذلك إمكانية التصدي لها، و الاستعانة بكل الوسائل العلمية المتاحة للقضاء عليها أو التقليل من مخاطرها، لذلك يجب علينا أن نقف على حقيقتها و حجمها و أبعادها و نقلها من ظلال الضبابية إلى ضوء الحقيقة، الأمر الذي يحثنا في إيجاد الوسائل المناسبة لمواجهتها

This study presents three main approaches; the methodology of rooting up the subject of the study; taking into consideration the descriptive and analytical approach to the status of the modernistic Crimes and their impact on national security, in terms of the identification of the modernistic Crimes and the possibility of addressing them. The scientific means available to eliminate or reduce the risks, and therefore we must stand on the reality and size and dimensions and transfer from the shadows of fog to the light of the truth, which urges us to find the appropriate means to address them
