The neutrosophic setswere known since 1999, and because of their wide applications and theirgreat flexibility to solve the problems, we used these the concepts to define a new types of neutrosophiccrispclosedsetsand limit points in neutrosophiccrisptopological space, namly [neutrosophiccrispGemsetsand neutrosophiccrispTurig points ] respactvely, we stady their properties in details and join it with topological concepts.Finally we used [neutrosophiccrispGemsetsand neutrosophiccrispTurig points] to introduceof topological conceptsas : neutrosophiccrisp closed (open)sets, neutrosophiccrisp closure,neutrosophiccrisp interior, neutrosophiccrisp extrior andneutrosophiccrisp boundarywhicharefundamentalfor further reserch on neutrosophiccrisp topology and will setrengthen the foundations of theory of neutrosophictopologicalspaces
