عنوان المقالة:النمو النفس– اجتماعي وفق نظرية أريكسون وعلاقته بجودة الحياة لدى عينة من معلمات رياض الأطفال Psychosocial Development according to Erikson’s Theory and its Relationship to quality of life the Teachers of Kindergarten
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين النمو النفسي- اجتماعي وجودة الحياة لدي عينة من معلمات رياض الأطفال. أدوات البحث : استخدمت الباحثة في البحث الحالي الأدوات التالية :
1- مقياس النمو النفسي- اجتماعي (إعداد حسين عبد الفتاح الغامدي ، 2010) ملحق رقم (1)
2- مقياس جودة الحياة لمعلمات الروضة (إعداد الباحثة) ملحق رقم (2)
عينة البحث: طبق البحث على (215) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بالروضات الحكومية والأهلية بحفر الباطن – المملكة العربية السعودية، من الذين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (25-40) سنة .
نتائج البحث : أظهر البحث الحالي النتائج التالي :-
1- وجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبه دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى(0.01) بين درجات معلمات رياض الأطفال على أبعاد مقياس النمو نفس - اجتماعي ودرجاتهن على جميع أبعاد مقياس جودة الحياة والدرجة الكلية للاختبار.
2- وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى(0.01) بين متوسطات درجات المعلمات ذوات جودة الحياة المرتفعة والمعلمات ذوات جودة الحياة المنخفضة على اختبار" النمو النفس- اجتماعي " لصالح المعلمات ذوات جودة الحياة المرتفعة.
3- يمكن التنبؤ بجودة الحياة لدي معلمات رياض الأطفال من خلال النمو النفس – اجتماعي لدي المعلمات .
4- وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى(0.01) بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات على مقياس جودة الحياة حسب عدد سنوات الخبرة.

current research aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between the psychological, social and quality of life among a sample of kindergarten teachers.

1-scale psychological growth - Social (preparation of Hussein Abdel Fattah al-Ghamdi, 2010) supplement
2-The measure the quality of life of the kindergarten (the researcher) supplement
a sample search: applied research on (215) parameter parameters of kindergartens governmental and sub-digging - the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, of those aged between (25-40) years.
The results of the Research: current research results showed the following:
the existence of a relationship of a function statistically 1.be included at the level of (0.01) degrees of kindergartens parameters on the dimensions of the same scale growth - Social on all dimensions of the quality of life and degree College for testing.
2.The existence of a function statistically differences at the level of (0.01) between average degrees of teachers with high quality of life and parameters women with low quality of life to test" self-growth - social for teachers with high quality of life”.
3.Predictable life quality parameters to kindergarten through self-growth - the social parameters
4.The existence of a function of statistical differences at the level of (0.01) between average degrees of female students to measure the quality of life according to the number of years of experience.
