يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على عادات العقل لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال بالروضات (الحكومية والخاصة) وعلاقتها بتوافقهن المهني. ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، كما تم استخدام مقياس عادات العقل لمعلمات رياض الأطفال(إعداد /الخفاف والتميمي،2015)، ومقياس التوافق المهني لمعلمات رياض الأطفال( إعداد الباحثة ). تكونت عينة البحث من(235) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال من روضات محافظة القليوبية منهم (143) معلمة من الروضات الحكومية و(92) معلمة من الروضات الخاصة الذين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين(28-45) سنة.
وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة :
1. يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في مقياس عادات العقل يعزى إلى نوع الروضة(حكومية، خاصة) لصالح الروضات الحكومية.
2. يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في مقياس التوافق المهني يعزى إلى نوع الروضة(حكومية، خاصة) لصالح الروضات الحكومية.
3. يوجد علاقة إرتباطية موجبة بين مقياس عادات العقل وأبعاده ومقياس التوافق المهني وأبعاده لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال.
4. وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين مرتفعات ومنخفضات مقياس عادات العقل على مقياس التوافق المهني لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال لصالح مرتفعات عادات العقل.
5. يمكن التنبؤ بالتوافق المهني لدي معلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء عادات العقل.

الملخص الانجليزي
The current research aims to identify Habits of the mind and their from to occupational Adaptation among kindergarten teachers (government and kindergartens). To achieve the goal of the research, a correlation descriptive method was used, as was the scale of mind habits for kindergarten teachers (El khafaf & El Tamimi, 2015), and the scale of occupational Adaptation (prepared by the researcher). The sample of the research consisted of (235) female kindergarten teachers from the Qalyubia governorate; (143) are government kindergarten and (92) are private; Their ages ranged from 28 to 45 years.
The research reached a set of important results:
1. There is a statistically significant difference for kindergarten teachers in the Habits of Mind scale and its sub-dimensions due to the type of education (governmental, private) in favor of public education.
2. There is a statistically significant difference for kindergarten teachers in the occupational Adaptation Scale and its sub-dimensions due to the type of education (governmental, private) in favor of public education.
3. There is a positive correlation between the scale of mind habits and its dimensions and the scale of occupational Adaptation and its dimensions in kindergarten teachers .
4. The presence of a statistically significant difference between highs and lows on the scale of mind habits on the scale of occupational Adaptation among kindergarten teachers in favor of high teachers in mind habits.
5. Occupational Adaptation of kindergarten teachers can be predicted in the by mind habits.
