إن ما يميز المنظومة التعليمية في معظم الجامعات ـ في دل العالم الثالث على وجه التحديد ـ هو تركيزها على ثقافة الذاكرة، وعلى النظام التعليمي التقليدي الذي يجمع ما بين الحفظ والقدر اليسير من الفهم، وهو ما يسهم في إغفال جوهر الطاقة الفكرية، بحيث يكون ظاهر الأمر المتابعة والتلقين، وباطنه التقصير في التفكير، بذلك تكرس نظام التعليم التقليدي الذي لم يعد صالحاً لهذا العصر، لوجوب اللجوء إلى نمط تعليم المهارة النفعية والعملية للمعرفة من خلال التفاعلات مع الحياة. من خلال هذا المنظور نعتقد أن مسؤوليتنا اتجاه أبنائنا مسؤولية عظمى امتثالاً لقوله تعالى: " ﴿ وَلْيَخْشَ الَّذِينَ لَوْ تَرَكُوا مِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّةً ضِعَافًا خَافُوا عَلَيْهِمْ فَلْيَتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ وَلْيَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا﴾، وكما جاء في قوله (ص) : " كلكم راعٍ وكلكم مسؤول عن رعيته " فإذا سلمنا بأن هذه الرعية هي مصدر قوة البناء الحضاري، فإن حضارة أمة ما لا يبنيها إلا المبدعون. من هنا ينبغي ضرورة الاهتمام بهم تبعاً لطريقة التنشئة والرعاية الاجتماعية الصالحة حتى نتمكن من خلق كفاءة متميزة بعيدة عن زرع المعرفة العشوائية نتيجة الافتقار إلى المعلومة، والمعلومة الصريحة، وهو الأمر الذي يفقد في مواهبنا الفذة التفوق بالأداء المتميز.
