تم التخليق البايولوجي لدقائق الذهب النانويه باستخدام بكتريا الاشريشيه القولونيه المعزوله محليا وذلك باضافه محلول ملح كلوريد الذهب للنمو البكتريا وقد وجد قابليه لهذه البكتريا ع تخليص هذه الدقائق النانويه من خلال التغير اللوني الحاصل بعد مرور ٢٤ ساعه والذي يعتبر دلاله اوليه لتخليق دقائق الذهب النانويه والتي تم بعد ذلك توصيفها باستخدام عده فحوصات مثل ال UV-Vis,XRD, SEM,&FTIR.

The green biosynthesis for nanoparticles was carried by using local strain Escherichia coli by adding Hydrogen tetra chloroaurate to growth of bacteria in brian heart infusion. The results found the ability of bacteria to synthesis AuNPs by change the color to purple as qualitative test and confirmed byusing X-Ray diffraction the peak was in 38 that detect gold nanoparticles, the Field Emission-Scanning Electron microscopes (FE-SEM) measurements appeared diameter 29.71 nm, Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) the results found the ability of bacteria to synthesis AuNPs.
