تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة دور الإدارة الإلكترونية، في دعم مؤشرات الأداء التنظيمي بالبلدية ، لاسيما
ببلدية " عين البنيان بالجزائر العاصمة"، من خلال اعتماد منهج "دراسة الحالة"، و باستخدام "دليل مقابلة"
موجه لعينة قصدية عددها 30 مسؤول بالبلدية محل الدراسة، ليتم بعدها تحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها من
المبحوثين تحليلا كيفيا، و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تتلخص مجملها في: وجود استجابة إيجابية
لمبادئ الإدارة الإلكترونية من طرف البلدية محل الدراسة، إعادة صياغة الإدارة الإلكترونية للأداء التنظيمي
بالبلدية بإعادة هندسة عملياتها الإدارية وفق نظام رقمي، تحقيق البلدية للشفافية في تقديم خدماتها للمواطنين.

This study aims to treat the role of E- management, in supporting organizational performance indicators, in
the municipality, especially in the municipality of "Ain benian in Algiers", by adopting the "case study"
approach, and by using an "interview guide" directed to intentional sample of 30 responsible in the
municipality under study,Then, the data obtained from the respondents will be analyzed qualitatively.
And The study reached to a set of results are : The Presence of a positive response to the principles of Emanagement by the municipality under study, reshapingthe E-manangement the organizational performance
of the municipality by re-engineering its administrative operations according to a digital system, the
municipalityachieves transparency in providing its services to citizens
