n Technology Acceptance literature, Behavioral Intensions of users are investigated and identified. For decades, Technology Acceptance theories and models have been developed. Accordingly, Massive research trends of Technology Acceptance emerge. Nevertheless, Sustainability issues are rarely discussed in Technology Acceptance literature.
This paper aims to review perspectives of introducing Sustainability to Technology Acceptance Literature. Mainly, two perspectives are discussed. One of them deals with the sustainability of Acceptance process. The other reviews the Acceptance of Sustainable technology. In this essence, Technology Acceptance Literature may account for Acceptance of Sustainable technology either by incorporating Sustainability as a theoretical construct, or even integration with other models and theories to establish a new model.
