الوعي هو حصيلة مفاهية ثلاثة متكاملة المعرفة والاتجاهات والسلوك والوعي السكاني يتضمن المعرفة بالملعومات والمعارف السكانية وموقف الفرد منها وتجليها في تصرفاته وسلوكياته واي نوع من انواع الوعي له تأثيره على عملية التنمية بالمجتمعات ولذك جاء كتبانا هذا في ثلاثة ابواب كل باب يحتوي فصلين او ثلاثة ويشمل دراسة ميدانية لواقع الوعي السكاني

Population awareness includes knowledge of population information and knowledge and the individual’s position on them and their manifestation in his actions and behaviors.
