الملخص الانجليزي
The current research aims to examine the role of social and organizational links in enhancing performance and participate decisions for a sample of 100 employees at Al-Dyiwania electricity office. The study hypothesize that social and organizational links increase level of job performance and level of organizational citizenship behaviours. It also propose that high level of social and organizational links reduce employees intentions to leave work. The questionnaire was used as main tool to collect study's data. The questionnaire was designed based on previous studies. Authors used a set of statistical tools such as mean, standard deviation, and simple correlation. The study findings confirm validity of often study's hypotheses which based on it, a set of conclusions and recommendations were formulated.
