كتاب المدخل إلى : علمي الإجرام والعقاب ،جاءت طبعته الأولى في مطلع العام 2017،طبعت منه (1000)،نفدت في مطلع العام 2018 ،أعمل الآن على تنقيح وتحديث الطبعة الثانية لتغطي الموضوعات التي لم تحظى بالدراسة والبحث.قسمت الكتاب إلى جزءين: الجزء الأول (علم الإجرام)يحتوي على ثلاثة فصول،تناول الفصل الأول: علم الإجرام ،أهميته وعلاقته بالعلوم الأخرى،وتناول الفصل الثاني:نشأة علم الإجرام وتطوره،والعوامل المؤثرة في الجريمة،وناقش الفصل الثالث :الجريمة وأنواعها.
أما الجزء الثاني خصص لدراسة وبحث علم العقاب ،وتم تقسيمه إلى أربعة فصول جاءت على النحو التالي:
الفصل الأول :التعريف بعلم العقاب ونشأته وتطوره وعلاقته بالعلوم الأرى.الفصل الثاني تناول الحديث عن مدراس ومذاهب علم العقاب وحركة الدفاع الاجتماعي،وتناول الفصل الثالث الجزاء الجنائي،والفصل الرابع ناقش ضوابط تنفيذ العقوبات.
وأخيرًا الخاتمة: التي احتو ت على المصادر، والفهاس.

The book Introduction to Criminology and Punishment, its first edition came at the beginning of 2017, printed from (1000), and it was exhausted in early 2018, I am currently working on revising and updating the second edition to cover topics that have not been studied and researched. (Criminology) contains three chapters, the first chapter dealt with criminology, its importance and its relationship to other sciences, and the second chapter dealt with the emergence and development of criminology, and the factors affecting crime, and the third chapter discussed: crime and its types.
The second part was devoted to studying and researching the science of punishment, and it was divided into four chapters that came as follows:
The first chapter: introducing the science of punishment, its origins, its development and its relationship to the Arian sciences. The second chapter deals with the discussion of schools and doctrines of the science of punishment and the social defense movement, the third chapter deals with the criminal penalty, and the fourth chapter discusses the controls of the implementation of penalties.
And finally the conclusion: which contained the sources, and the index.
