تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعريف وابراز اساليب المرافقة والدعم المستخدمة في الجزائر من اجل انشاء وتفعيل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة حتى تساهم في بناء تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية. حيث تطرقنا الى مفهوم المقاولاتية والمرافقة، اضافة الى التعريف بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وكان محور الدراسة التعرف على الجهاز الجديد، الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية وايضا تقديم حاضنات الاعمال وتبيان دورها

This study aims to define and highlight the support and accompanying methods used in Algeria to establish and activate small and medium-sized enterprises role to contribute to global economic and social growth. We have addressed the concept of entrepreneurship, accompanying, in addition to presenting small and medium-sized enterprises. The purpose of the study was to become familiar with the new agency, the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship, as well as to present business incubators and identify their essential role.
