أضع بين يدي القراء الكرام كتابا جمعت فيه بين المتعة والفائدة، من خلال ربط الامثال الشعبية بمبادئ وقواعد الادارة المعاصرة، على اعتبار ان الامم والشعوب عاشت آلافا من السنين قبل وصول الادارة الحديثة اليها ، فكانت تعتمد على الامثال الشعبية كقواعد تتناقلها الاجيال كابرا عن كابر كوسيلة لادارة الحياة وتربية الابناء وكافة المعاملات التي يجتاجونها في الحياة.
وهذا الكتاب يقدم لكم برهانا ناصعا على هذه المسألة، لذلك ستجدون فيه امثالا قيلت من قديم الزمان لكنها تصلح كقواعد ادارية بالامكان الاعتماد عليها في أي زمان ومكان.
يستهدف الكتاب مدراء المؤسسات بدرجة اساسية والاباء والامهات في ادارة بيوتهم وتربية ابناءهم ، وكافة الموظفين والمربين والمهتمين بالامثلة والتراث الشعبي.
وفكرة الكتاب بدأت كسلسلة نشرت في منتديات الموسوعة اليافعية ابتداء من اكتوبر عام 2009 م، حتى انتهت بالرقم (101) في مارس 2012م، فحظيت برواج وتشجيع كبيرين من قبل القراء والمتابعين وكثر عدد المداخلات وتحسنت نوعياتها بمشاركة العديد من المختصين والاكاديميين، واستمرت أعداد المتابعين بالتزايد، حتى بلغ عددهم، خمسة وثلاثون ألف متابعا، وهو عدد جعلني اشعر بحجم المسئولية في بذل قصارى جهدى لاسداء النصيحة الصادقة والتجربة الثرية لهم ولغيرهم من خلال هذه الطريقة المشوقة، استخدام الامثال الشعبية في استنباط قواعد في الادارة والتربية، وتدوين ذلك في كتاب ينشر ويقرأه المهتمون.
هذا الكتاب اشتمل على 101 مثل من الامثال اليافعية وهي النموذج الذي استهدفه المؤلف بالدراسة، على أمل ان تتبعها نماذج اخرى من أمثلة البلدان سواء اليمنية أو غير اليمنية.
والمنهجية المتبعة في طرح الامثال تمثلت في : اعتماد المثل المتناسب مع أهداف الكتاب، وشرح مفرداته وطريقة نطقه من غير اهله ، ثم المعنى المجرد للمثل، يليها الدلالة الادارية والفائدة التربوية ان وجدت في المثل.
وهو بهذا يصلح أن يكون كتابا اداريا وتربويا بقالب من التسلية والمتعة والتشويق.
اسال الله تعالى ان يتقبله مني وان يجعله خدمة من لدينه وعباده، ونفعا لكاتبه في ميزان الاعمال الصالحة.

I put in the hands of our esteemed readers a book in which I combined pleasure and benefit, by linking popular proverbs with the principles and rules of contemporary management, on the grounds that nations and peoples lived thousands of years before the arrival of modern administration to it, so it relied on folk proverbs as rules that were passed on to generations as a form of management. Life, raising children, and all the dealings they have in life.
This book provides you a bright proof on this issue, so you will find in it proverbs that were said from ancient times, but they are suitable as administrative rules that can be relied upon at any time and place.
The book targets principals of institutions mainly, fathers and mothers in managing their homes and raising their children, and all employees, educators, and those interested in examples and folklore.
The idea of the book started as a series published in the forums of the Young Encyclopedia, starting from October 2009 AD, until it ended with the number (101) in March 2012 AD. Until their number reached thirty-five thousand followers, a number that made me feel the extent of the responsibility in doing my best to provide sincere advice and a rich experience to them and others through this interesting way, using popular proverbs in devising rules in management and education, and writing that down in a book published and read by those interested.
This book includes 101 examples of the proverbs of the youth, which is the model that the author aimed to study, hoping that other examples of countries, both Yemeni and non-Yemeni, would follow.
The methodology used in proposing proverbs was represented in: adopting the proverb that is commensurate with the goals of the book, explaining its vocabulary and pronouncing it from other than its people, then the abstract meaning of the proverb, followed by the administrative significance and the educational benefit if found in the parable.
In this way, it is suitable for being an administrative and educational book with a template of entertainment, fun and excitement.
I ask God Almighty to accept it from me and make it a service for his religion and worshipers, and a benefit for his writer in the balance of good deeds.
