تتعلق هذه الدراسه بطرق الطعن في الأحكام القضائية سواء كانت هذه الأحكام صادره عم محاكم الدرجة الأولى وتقبل الطعن بالاستئناف أو المعارضة أو كانت صادره عن محاكم الدرجه الثانيه ويطعن فيها بالنقض أو طلب المراجعة أو الطعن لصالح القانون.

This study is concerned with the methods of challenging judicial rulings, whether these rulings were issued by first-instance courts and are subject to appeal or opposition, or were issued by second-instance courts and are subject to cassation, a request for review, or an appeal in favor of the law.
