هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الشعور بالسعادة لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي، والكشف عن الفروق بين الجنسين في الشعور بالسعادة، وكذا معرفة الفروق في الشعور بالسعادة تبعا للحالة الاجتماعية (عزاب، متزوجون)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 47 أستاذ وأستاذة، واتبعنا المنهج الوصفي المقارن باعتباره المنهج الملائم للدراسة، واستخدمنا استبيان سلم السعادة لـ هيثر سامرز وآن واتسون، لقياس مستوى الشعور بالسعادة، كما تم الاستعانة بالبرنامج الاحصائي spss لتحليل البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التالية:
اختبار (ت) لدلالة الفروق لعينة واحدة، اختبار "ت" لعينتين مستقلتين، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي:
مستوى الشعور بالسعادة لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي مرتفع.
مستوى الشعور بالسعادة لدى أستاذات التعليم الثانوي مرتفع.
لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الشعور بالسعادة تعزى الى متغير الجنس لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي.
لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الشعور بالسعادة تعزى الى متغير الحالة الاجتماعية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي.
الملخص الانجليزي
The study aimed to know the level of feeling of happiness among teachers of secondary education, and to detect the differences between the sex in the feeling of happiness, As well as knowledge of differences in the feeling of happiness depending on the social status (single, married), and formed the sample of the study of 47 professors and professors, We used the comparative descriptive approach as the appropriate method of study, We used the happiness ladder questionnaire for Heather Summers and Anne Watson to measure the level of happiness.and we used The statistical program spss to analyze the data using the following statistical methods:
one sample T-Test, and independent samples T-test. The results of the study reached the following :
The level of happiness at teachers of secondary education is high.
The level of happiness at teachers of secondary education is high.
There is no statistically significant differences in the level of happiness attributed to the sex variable at teachers of secondary education.
There is no statistically significant differences in the level of feeling of happiness attributed to the social status variable at teachers of secondary education.
