Dr. Haitham Jabbar Taha is PhD holder in communication engineering. International expert in quality and academic accreditation. His main research interests include image processing, digital signal processing and communication system for application in telecommunications and wireless communication networks. He has published papers in international journals and conferences, he has been honored and is the recipient of various rewards from local and international academic organizations in his field, and He works also as a Reviewer in international journals and conferences, and editorial board member of the International Journals. He is a Member of the IEEE, IEICE, SCIEI and SDIWC. Also He is a Senior Member of the UACEE.
