الملخص الانجليزي
The use of egg yolk antibodies (IgY) which was purified from chicken egg to study its effect as inducer to cellular immunity with heat killed Sallmonella typhi on groups of rabbits immunized in immunization program. 20 rabbits divided into 4 groups (. the first group immunized with yolk immunoglobulin, the second with heat killed bacteria, the third with mixed (IgY & heat killed bacterial antigen) and the fourth with normal saline as controls). The effect was appeared through the measured the duration thickness of skin test in the immunized rabbits compared with control & by increasing the concentration of CD4 & CD8 in serum of the immunized rabbits compared to the control group. And by making Comparison of IgG, IgE, IgY and IgY (ΔFc) to clear the reasons the effect and activity of IgY
