هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف التعرف إلى معوقات استخدام محركات البحث لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية في الجامعة الإسلامية بغزة وسبل التغلب عليها، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكذلك المقابلة، كما تم تصميم استبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، وطُبقت على عينة عشوائية قوامها (164) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة الدراسات العليا بكلة بكلية التربية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
- أن درجة معوقات استخدام محركات البحث لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية في الجامعة الإسلامية بغزة كانت كبيرة، وبوزن نسبي(71.05%).
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لمعوقات استخدام محركات البحث لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية بالجامعة الإسلامية تعزى لمتغير(الجنس، والقسم الأكاديمي) ومتغير المعدل التراكمي باستثناء المجال الثالث المعوقات الشخصية توجد فروق لصالح الطلبة الذين تقل معدلاتهم التراكمية عن (85%).
- تقديم مقترحات للتغلب على معوقات استخدام محركات البحث لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية.
وأهم التوصيات:
- ضرورة اشتراك الجامعة بمحركات البحث المختلفة التي تخدم الطلبة.
- تحديث معايير قبول طلبة الدراسات العليا بحيث تشمل دورات لغة إنجليزية ودورات كمبيوتر

Abstract
Obstacles of search engines use by graduate students at the Faculty of Education at the Islamic University in Gaza and ways to overcome them

This study aimed to identify obstacles of search engines use faced graduate students at the Faculty of Education at the Islamic University in Gaza and to overcome them. The researchers utilized the analytical descriptive approach to obtain the goal of the study. They also used the interview tool and designed a questionnaire.
The sample of the study was (164) male and female postgraduate students studying in the College of Education.
The study results were as follows:-
The degree of obstacles to the use of search engines among postgraduate students at the Faculty of Education at the Islamic University in Gaza was high with a relative percentage of (71.05%.(
There are no statistically significant differences between the average of the study sample for the obstacles of the use of the search engines among the postgraduate students in the Faculty of Education in the Islamic University due to the gender and academic variables, and the variable of cumulative average except for third field which is Personal Constraints.
There are differences in favor of students whose cumulative rates are less than (85%).
Submission of proposals to overcome obstacles to the use of search engines among graduate students at the Faculty of Education is encouraged.
The researchers strongly recommend the following :
- The university should prescribe to search engines that would help students.
- The university should update the postgraduate applicants admission criteria to include English and computer courses
