تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة محددات الاستثمار الخاص في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2017)، ومع وجود كسر هيكلي في سنة (2001) للسلسلة الزمنية تم اختيار الفترة (2002-2017) كفترة دراسة، ومع تقلص فترة السلسلة الزمنية ظهرت مشكلة التعدد الخطي، وبالتالي فقدان خاصية الكفاءة، وعليه تم الاستعانة بطرق الانكماش المتمثلة في طريقة انحدار ((Ridge، (Elastic-net) و (Lasso).
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن طريقة انحدار (Lasso) هي الأفضل من بين طرق الانكماش، وبأن محددات الاستثمار الخاص في الجزائر، التي أثرت عليه سلبا تمثلت في الاستثمار العام، معدل التبادل التجاري، سعر الصرف الحقيقي والدين الخارجي أما الائتمان المحلي المقدم للقطاع الخاص كان له أثر إيجابي.

The study aims at clarifying the determinants of private investment in Algeria during the period of (1990-2017) and with the structural break in 2001, the period that has been selected was (2010- 2017) as the study period. But as a result of the reduction of times series, the multicollinearity has appeared therefore there is an absence of efficiency property of estimator which justify the use of shrinkage methods represented by regression of Lasso, Elastic-net and Ridge.
Findings showed that the regression method of Lasso is the best way among shrinkage methods and the determinants of private investment in Algeria that have a negative effect were the public investment, terms of trade, real exchange rate and the external debt. But there was a positive effect that is represented by the domestic credit to the private sector.
