السورية التي لم تعترف إلى األن بحجم الكارثة واألعداد الحقيقة رغم إعالن الفيروس وباء عالمي ال عالج له، هل
المواطن السوري وحياته رخيصة لهذه الدرجة أم أن السلطات السورية فاقدة للصدق والمصداقية.

Abstract:
The study concluded that the Mamluk state had managed to limit the spread of the plague and mitigate it by following several basic steps, which are (mitigating the severity of the disaster - preparation and preparation - moral and ethical guidance - restoring the economic balance and preventing monopoly).
We will compare them with the results and measures in Syria in 2020 in areas controlled by the Syrian regime and areas controlled by the Syrian opposition, which has not yet acknowledged the extent of the disaster and the real numbers despite declaring the virus a global pandemic with no cure. Is the Syrian citizen and his life this cheap, or are the Syrian authorities lacking honesty and credibility?
