تعد الشخصية عنصرًا مهمًا من عناصر بناء الرواية، وتعد عنصرًا أساسيًّا يضطلع بمهمة الأفعال السردية وتدفقها نحو نهايتها المحددة، وهي الموضوع المركزي، كما أن جوهر العمل الروائي يقوم على خلق الشخصيات المتخيلة؛ لذلك عمد هذا البحث إلى دراسة الشخصية في رواية "حرب الغزالة" لعائشة إبراهيم، في محاولة لتصنيف الشخصيات، وبيان أدوارها، والعلاقات القائمة بينها، من خلال استخلاص المحاور الدلالية الأساسية للرواية، وهي: (السلطة، الصراع، البحث، الفن، الغزالة)، ودرجة ارتباط كل شخصية بهذه المحاور؛ لنخلص إلى تصنيف الشخصيات إلى شخصيات محورية، وأخرى ثانوية، ثم تحديد البطل من خلال ثلاثة معايير: المواصفة الخلافية، والتوزيع الخلافي، والاستقلالية الخلافية، والوقوف على مميزات كل شخصية وأدوارها من خلال علاقات التشابه، والاختلاف، والتقابل بين الشخصيات المحورية، وبين الشخصيات المحورية والثانوية، مما ساعد على تحديد معالم الشخصية في الرواية على مستويي المواصفات والوظائف. وتعتمد الدراسة في تحليلها على المنهج السيميائي، وعلى مفاهيم فيليب هامون في دراسته للشخصية الروائية دالاً ومدلولاً.

The essence of the fictional work is based on the creation of fictional characters; Therefore, this research sought to study the character in the novel War of the Gazelle by Aisha Ibrahim, in an attempt to classify the characters, and clarify their roles, and the relationships between them, by extracting the main axes of the novel, which are (power, conflict, research, art, gazelle), and the degree of connection of each character with this .The axes Let us conclude by classifying the characters into pivotal and secondary characters, then identifying the hero through three criteria: controversial specification, controversial distribution, and controversial independence, and standing on the characteristics of each character and its roles through the relationships of similarity, difference, and opposition between the central characters, and between the central characters. And secondary, which helped to define the character's features in the novel at the levels of specifications and functions. In its analysis, the study relies on the semiotic method, and on the concepts of Philip Hamon in his study of the fictional character as a signifier and signifier.
