الملخص الانجليزي
This study aims to define the role of the human resources management strategy in improving the quality of hotel services, we are also interested in assessing the HRM strategy from the perspective of the Mellas Tissemsilt Hotel staff, in terms of three variables, it is a strategy for obtaining human resources, developing and preserving human resources, in addition to evaluating the quality of hotel services provided at the hotel under study. In this study, we used the descriptive analytical method, where a questionnaire was designed that included paragraphs on the strategy of human resources management and paragraphs on the dimensions of the quality of services provided, and then analysis data obtained by using SPSS. The results concluded that the hotel establishment follows an effective human resource management strategy in addition to the quality of services provided to clients, we have concluded that there is a strong relationship and strong impact between HRM strategy and quality of hotel services
