هــذا الكـتـاب، وإلتزامًــا بالإجابـة على الإشكـال العــام، عـمــل عـلى إبــــراز الأســبــاب الـتـي أدّت بـــدُول جـــوار قـطــر إلى فـــرض حـصــار إقـتـصـــادي علـيـهـــا بإعـتـبــارهـــا دولـــة عُــضـــو في مجــلــس تـعــاون دول الخـلـيـــج العـربي، ومـا نـتــج عـنـه من تداعـيـات أثـــرت سـلـبًـا على تمـاسـك المُنـظـمـة الخليجـيـة، إضــافــة إلى تسـلــيـــط الـضــــوء على المــوقـــــف الأمــريــكـي من الأزمــة الخلـيجـيـة الـراهــنــة، ومُسـتــقــبـــل هـــذه الأخـيـــرة، وأثــــرهـــــا عـلـى مُسـتــقــبــــل مـجــلـــس الـتـعــاون الخلـيـجـي. إنـطــلــــق الكــتــــاب مـــن فرضــيـــــة رئيـســيـــة مَـفــادهــا أنّ الإجــراءات التي إتخــذتـهـــا دُول الحصار على قـطـر، مُخــالــفــــة لأهــــداف ومـبـــادئ الـتـي نــــصّ علـيـهـــا ميــثــــاق مـجــلــــس تـعـــــاون دول الخـلــيــــج العــربـي. إسـتـخـلـــص الكتــاب إلى أنّ إجـراءات دُول الحصـار لم تـؤثــر على قـطــر، بـــل إنـعـكــســـت سلـبــاً علـيـهـا، وذلــك بـعـــد تـجـــاوز حُـكــومــــة دولـــة قــطــــر لـلـحـصــــار وهــــذا بــعــــد إتـخــاذهــا لإجــراءات جــديــدة ســاهـمــت في تحـقـيــق قـفــزة نـوعــيـــة في إقـتـصادهـا وتـجارتـهـا الخارجية، والأرقام الرسمية أثبتت ذلك.
الملخص الانجليزي
This book, in order to answer the general problem, highlighted the reasons that led the neighboring countries of Qatar to impose an economic blockade on it as a member state of the Cooperation Council of the Arab Gulf States, and the resulting repercussions have negatively affected the cohesion of the Gulf Organization, The American position on the current Gulf crisis, the future of the latter, and its impact on the future of Majlis GCC Cooperation. The book is based on a basic assumption that the measures taken by the countries of the blockade on Qatar are contrary to the objectives and principles stipulated in the Charter of the Gulf Cooperation Council. The book concluded that the measures of the countries of the blockade did not affect Qatar, but reflected negatively on them, after the government of the State of Qatar exceeded the siege and this after taking new measures contributed to a qualitative leap in its economy and foreign trade, and official figures have proven that.
