تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان العلاقة بين وسائط الإعلام الرقمي و الأمن الفكري للشباب ومدى تمسكهم بهويتهم الثقافية التي تعبر عن انتماءاتهم الفكرية ،ومرجعيتهم القيمية،وذلك في ظل ما يشهده العالم اليوم من صراعات ثقافية وحضارية محتدمة تسبب فيها الانفجار المعلوماتي والتقني والانتشار الرهيب للمؤثرات الرقمية بأنواعها عبر العالم وتغلغلها في أوساط المجتمعات وسيطرتها على عقول النشء ،ما صعب مهمة الحفاظ على الهوية الثقافية لفئة الشباب التي تعد روح الأمم واللبنة الأساسية التي يعول عليها في تقدم المجتمعات ونهضتها حال ما تحقق أمنها الفكري والاجتماعي،لتعرج الدراسة على متطلبات الحفاظ على الهوية الثقافية ،والأمن الفكري للشباب وتخرج بجملة من التوصيات للجهات الوصية والشباب على حد سواء من أجل تحقيق الأمن الفكري وحماية الخصوصية الثقافية للمجتمعات.

Abstract :
This study aims to demonstrate the relationship between didital media and the intellectual security of young people and the extent of their adherence to their cultural identity that expresses their itellectual affiliations and their value reference.
And that is in light of what the world is witnessing today in terms of raging cultural and civilizational conflicts caused by the informational and technical explosion and the terrible spead if digital effects of all kinds across the world and their control over the minds of yong people, which makes it difficult the task if preserving the cultural identity of the youth group ,which is the soul of nations and the basic building block that it is reled upon for the progress and renaissance if societies as soon as their intellectual and social security are achieved.
The study explores the requirements of oreserving the cultural identity and intellectual security of young people and comes out with a set of recommendations for guardianship and youth alike in order to achieve intellectual security and protect the cultural privacy of societies .
