We are talking about the development of an electronic course for teaching computer science for students of the initial stage of vocational education, relying on the experience of school education and the practice of training teachers of computer science in the Udmurt Republic. The article provides a comparative analysis of the state of teaching informatics in the UR, where the Federal State Standards of Basic General Education are being implemented, and the situation in schools in Iraq and the Middle East, where distance learning comes to the fore due to the long-term war that entailed social upheaval and significant destruction. In the course of the research, the author turned to the creation of an e-course model based on a number of pedagogical conditions, including the involvement of students in this process. The e-course model includes stages - preparatory, organizational and methodological, technological and experimental.
