هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق التدريس الطارئ عن بعد استنادًا إلى الممارسات الفعلية التي تمت خلال جائحة كورونا، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الكمي بشقيه الوصفي والتحليلي لوصف واقع تطبيق التدريس الطارئ عن بعد وتحليل أبرز المتطلبات اللازمة للتحول من نموذج التعلم التقليدي إلى ذلك النموذج. وتوصلت الباحثة إلى وجود ثلاثة متطلبات أساسية ينبغي الإيفاء بها لتحقيق التحول الناجح وهـي المتطلبات البشرية المتمثلة في تغيير الأفكار النمطية والاستراتيجيات التقليدية التي يتم الاستناد إليها في العملية التدريسية واستبدالها بأيديولوجيات فكرية مستحدثة تواكب سياسات التحول الرقمي، والمتطلبات التنظيمية والتي تمثلت في التركيز على أن تتسم سياسات التحول بالشمول فلا تقتصر على مرحلة دراسية دون الأخرى بل تشمل كافة المراحل التعليمية بدءًا من رياض الأطفال ووصولا إلى التعليم الجامعي، والمتطلبات التقنية التي ينبغي التركيز عليها لضمان نجاح تجربة التدريس الطارئ عن بعد وتضمنت تعزيز البنية التحتية التقنية وبخاصة في البلدان النامية، الأمر الذي يعتبر ذات ضرورة حيوية للتغلب على ما يعرف باسم فجوة الوصول الرقمي، واقترحت الباحثة بعض التوصيات المتمثلة في إجراء دراسات مقارنة على مستوى الدول العربية للتعرف على مستوى نجاح حكوماتها في الإيفاء بتلك المتطلبات، ومستوى جاهزية أنظمتها للتكلف مع أي أزمات مستقبلية.

This study aimed to identify the requirements for the application of emergency remote teaching based on the actual practices taken place during the Corona pandemic. The researcher used the quantitative approach with its descriptive and analytical methods to shed the light on the reality of applying emergency remote teaching and analyze the most important requirements to shift from the traditional learning model to the emergency model. The researcher concluded that three basic requirements must be met to achieve a successful transformation represented in the human requirements by paying great emphasis on changing the stereotyped ideas and traditional strategies and replacing them with innovative intellectual ideologies to keep pace with digital transformation policies. The organizational requirements focused on ensuring that the transformation policies were comprehensive and not limited to a certain stage, but rather they should include all educational stages from kindergarten to university education. Finally, the technical requirements concentrated on ensuring the success of the remote emergency teaching experience by strengthening the technical infrastructure, especially in developing countries, which was considered a vital necessity to overcome what was known as the digital access gap. The researcher suggested some recommendations represented in conducting comparative studies at the level of Arab countries to identify the success of their governments in fulfilling these requirements, and the readiness of their systems to adapt to any future crises.
