يهدف هذا البحث الى تسليط الضوء على نشأة الاعلام الجديد وخصائص البيئة الاعلامية الجديدة في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية الجديدة. وتأتي اهمية هذا البحث من كونه يبحث في موضوع الإعلام الجديد الذي يعد من أهم المنجزات الاتصالية التي ظهرت من خلال التطورات التكنولوجية في مجال الاتصال والتي أسهمت الانترنت وتطبيقاتها في تزايد معدلات الاستخدام لها من قبل المؤسسات الإعلامية. وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول الى اهداف البحث.

This research aims to highlight the emergence of new media and the characteristics of the new media environment in the light of new technological developments. The importance of this research is that it deals with the issue of new media, which is one of the most important communication achievements that have emerged through technological developments in the field of communication, which contributed to the Internet and its applications in increasing rates of use by media organizations. The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach to reach the research objectives
