هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد ماهية الذكاء الاصطناعي والجريمة المعلوماتية وبيان تعريفهما وأبرز خصائصهما والكشف عن مدى وجود علاقة مؤثرة بني الذكاء الصطناعي من جهة ومكافحة الجريمة الالكترونية من جهة أخرى.
تمثلت نتائج الدراسة في أن تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي هي نتاج جهود حديثة وتطبيقية عرب مراحل مختلفة من التاريخ وهي أنظمة ذات قدرات فائقة وتسعى لأن تكون ذات تأثير فعال على مستويات مختلفة للجرائم أهمها مجابهة الجرائم المعلوماتية،
كما أظهرت الدراسة أن الجرائم الاكترونية جرائم مستحدثة تطورت في العصر الحديث وطرق مواجهتها تلتقي مع نظم الذكاء
الاصطناعي فائقة القدرات.

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the nature of artificial intelligence and information
crime, indicate their definition and most prominent characteristics, and reveal the extent
to which there is an influential relationship between artificial intelligence on the one hand
and combating cybercrime on the other.
The results of the study were that artificial intelligence techniques are the product of
research and applied efforts through different stages of history, and they are systems with
superior capabilities and seek to have an effective impact on different levels of crimes,
the most important of which is confronting information crimes, and the study also showed
that cybercrimes are new crimes that have evolved in the modern era and ways to confront
them meet with high-capacity artificial intelligence systems.
