ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بنموذجين من التراث الثقافي غير المادي في منطقة الطاسيلي آجر، والذي يعتبر عموما همزة الوصل بين الأجداد والأحفاد فهو مجموع التقاليد والطقوس الشعبية المتوارثة بل هي بصمة تعريفية لمجتمع التوارق، ولمواجهة العولمة من جهة والحفاظ على هذا التراث سليما غير مشوه ومنعا لإستغلاله لابد من إتخاذ التدابير الرامية إلى ضمان إستدامة التراث الثقافي غير المادي، وعند القيام بصون هذا التراث وحمايته القانونية لابد من معرفة تأثير ذلك على تطوير السياحة الصحراوية. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى إعتبار رقصتي الشجاعة والفرح وهما آلاغ وتاهمات من التراث الثقافي غير المادي لمجتمع التوارق، وعليه وجب التطرق للخطوات القانونية لصونهما ليتم الإستنتاج بأن للحماية القانونية للتراث الثقافي غير المادي تأثير إيجابي على السياحة الصحراوية في المنطقة

: This study aims to introduce two paradigms of intangible cultural heritage in the Tassili Ajer region, which is generally considered the link between grandparents and grandchildren, as it is the sum of traditions and folk rituals inherited but rather an identifying imprint of the Touaregg community, and to confront globalization on the one hand and to preserve this heritage intact, not deformed and prevent its exploitation Measures must be taken to ensure the sustainability of the intangible cultural heritage, and when undertaking the preservation and legal protection of this heritage, one must know the impact of this on saharian tourism. This study concluded that the bravery and joy dances alagh and tahamalt are the intangible cultural heritage of the Touaregg community, and therefore it is necessary to address the legal steps to preserve them in order to conclude that the legal protection of the intangible cultural heritage has a positive impact on saharian tourism in the region.
