يعالج هذا البحث مشكلة العلاقة بين العقل والشرع تلك المشكلة التي أرقت الكثير من المفكرين قديما وحديثا وقد كان سبب ظهور هذه المشكلة قديما عوامل كثيرة تتصل بوضع الأمة الإسلامية بين الأمم ووضعها السياسي والحضاري على خارطة الكرة الأرضية ومدى صلة مثقفيها بأصول حضارتهم أو انقطاعهم عنها.

This research addresses the problem of the relationship between the mind and the Sharia, a problem that has shed many thinkers, past and present. The reason for the emergence of this problem in the past was many factors related to the status of the Islamic nation among nations and its political and cultural status on the map of the globe and the extent to which its intellectuals relate to the origins of their civilization or their absence from it.
