يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على وقت اعتبار نصاب السرقة في حال نقصت القيمة بنقصان السعر , فهل يقوم النصاب وقت السرقة أم وقت الحكم , وهذا مختلف فيه عند الفقهاء .
ويهدف ايضاً إلى معرفة هل السرقة على دفعات حتى يتم النصاب يعد سرقة دفعة واحدة يوجب القطع , أو كل دفعة تعتبر سرقة واحدة, لا علاقة لها بالأخرى.
وقد تم عرض أقوال الفقهاء وأدلتهم , ومناقشة أدلتهم , وبيان الراجح في كلا المسألتين . وختم البحث بعرض أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها.

Abstract
The purpose of the research is to identify the time when a robbery is considered if the value decreases due to a decrease in price. Is the quorum at the time of theft or the time of ruling?
It also aims to know whether theft in batches until the quorum is a one-time theft that requires cutting, or each payment is considered a single theft, has nothing to do with the other.
The sayings of the jurists and their evidence were presented, their evidence discussed, and a more accurate statement was made on both issues. The research concludes by presenting the most important findings.
