Dr. Elsir Ali Saad Mohamed Digital Media Expert | Associate Professor, Umm Al Quwain University, UAE Dr. Elsir Ali Saad Mohamed is an internationally experienced academic and researcher specializing in Digital Media. With over 40 years of expertise in teaching, research, and professional engagement, Dr. Saad has established himself as a leader in creative industries, digital design, and multimedia production. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Umm Al Quwain University, UAE, he has held prominent roles, including Head of the Quality Assurance Unit and Head of the Media Center. Dr. Saad holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology from Sudan Academy of Science, a Master of Arts in Journalism and Publication, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations from Omdurman Islamic University, Sudan. His academic contributions include authoring four books and publishing extensively on topics like digital journalism, AI transformation, and creative digital arts. A passionate mentor and collaborator, Dr. Saad has successfully supervised over 50 postgraduate theses and secured multiple research grants. He is a member of professional organizations like the Southeast Asian Media Studies Association and the International Association of Engineers. Dr. Saad is also an Adobe Creative Educator Level 1 Certified and proficient in both Arabic and English.
