تناولت هذه الدراسة أبرز التحولات في البيئة العربية عقب انطلاقة ثورات الربيع العربي، وانعكاساتها على القضية الفلسطينية بشكل عام وقضية القدس بشكل خاص، فقد أدت التحولات في المشهد السياسي العربي لوضع أصبحت فيه دولة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تشعر بالراحة والاستقرار بعد ما كانت مهددة طول السنوات الماضية، وذلك نظراً لمستوى العلاقات والتنسيق السري والعلني مع بعض الدول العربية، بعد أن طرحت إسرائيل نفسها لهذه الدول كحليف استراتيجي في مواجهة الجماعات الإسلامية من جانب والتمدد الإيراني من جانب اخر.

This study deals with the most prominent transformations in the Arab environment following the start of the Arab Spring revolutions, and their repercussions on the Palestinian issue in general and the issue of Jerusalem in particular. Given the level of secret and overt relations and coordination with some Arab countries, after Israel presented itself to these countries as a strategic ally in confronting Islamic groups on one side and Iranian expansion on the other.
