النبذة المختصرة

أ.د. علي أبو مارية (عميد الدراسات العليا والبحث العلمي)، حاصل على درجة الدكتوراه في القانون الخاص- تخصص دقيق القانون المدني- عام 2006 من معهد البحوث والدراسات العربية – جامعة الدول العربية ودرجة الماجستير في القانون الخاص عام 2001 من نفس المعهد وعلى درجة البكالوريوس عام 1997 من جامعة الإسراء- الأردن عمل محاضر غير متفرغ في جامعة القدس وأستاذ في كلية الحقوق جامعة فلسطين الأهلية منذ العام 2007 شغل مناصب إدارية في جامعة فلسطين الأهلية كرئيس لقسم القانون الخاص ونائبا لعميد كلية الحقوق ثم كلف بإنشاء وعمادة كلية المهن والعلوم التطبيقية ثم كلف عميدا لكلية الحقوق ونائبا لرئيس الجامعة للشؤون الأكاديمية وأخيرا عميدا للدراسات العليا والبحث العلمي، صمم العديد من البرامج على مستوى الدبلوم والبكالوريوس والماجستير، رئس واشترك في العديد من اللجان على مستوى الجامعة أهمها لجنة المناهج ولجنة البحث العلمي أشرف على وناقش العديد من رسائل الماجستير وله العديد من الكتابات على مستوى الأبحاث والتأليف، انشأ مجلة جامعة فلسطين الأهلية للبحوث والدراسات بهدف تنشيط البحث العلمي ورفد الجامعة بالعديد من برامج الدراسات العليا المتميزة. Prof.Dr. Ali Abu Maria (Dean of Postgraduate Studies and Research) obtained his PhD. in Private Law-Civil Law- in 2006 from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies-Arab League, a Master's degree in Private Law in 2001 from the same institute, and a bachelor's degree in Law from Al-Isra University – Jordan in 1997. Prof. Abu Maria worked as a part-time lecturer at Al-Quds University and afull professor at the Faculty of Law, Palestine Ahliya University since 2007, holding administrative positions at the Palestine Ahliya University as head of the Private Law Department and vice-dean of the Faculty of Law. He was also assigned to the Faculty of Applied Arts and Sciences, and then as a Dean Faculty of Law and a Vice-president of the University for Academic Affairs and finally as a Dean of Postgraduate Studies and Research. He designed many programs at the level of diploma, bachelor and master degrees. He chaired and participated in many committees at the university level. The most important is the Curriculum Committee and the Research Committee. He supervised and participated in the defense of many master's thesis. Abu Maria has many publications at the level of research papers and book authorship. He also establish the magazine of Palestine Ahliya University, to activate research conduct, and to provide the university with many distinguished graduate programs.
