Prof. Dr. Nagwa Mostafa El-Sayed is a Professor of Medical Parasitology. She currently works as a Head of Medical Microbiology& Parasitology Department at Research Institute of Ophthalmology, Giza, Egypt. She has B.SC. in general Medicine & Surgery, Master and MD Degrees in Medical Parasitology. She does researches about Infectious Diseases and Parasitic Infections, especially those affecting the eye. She is an author in more than 40 scientific papers published in indexed journals. She has written several book chapters in different areas of ocular Parasitology. She is a member in many scientific and medical societies. She is a supervisor on many MD and Master Theses. She is a reviewer in many indexed journals. She is an editorial board member of many journals. She received many awards for the excellent medical achievements and scientific publications.
