In this paper an extension of regional exponential observability concept to the case of sub-region Γ of the boundary ∂Ω, has been discussed and analyzed in connection with the strategic sensors. For distributed parameter systems of parabolic type, we show that, the number and location of sensor may be some interest in the existence of regional exponential observation state in this region.
