تتناول هذه الدراسة أثر التحولات التي عرفتها منطقة الشرق الأوسط منذ العام 1990إلى العام
2010على سياسة تركيا تجاه العراق، وتتطرق أيضاً إلى الأطر المتحكمة في هذه السياسة سواءٌ أتعلق
الأمر بالتحولات التي شهدتها النخب الحاكمة في تركيا أم تعلق بتلك الأطر التأريخية التي تتحكم في
العلاقات التركية-العراقية ولاسيما ما يخص قضايا الكرد، وصراع الأراضي المتنازع عليها في كركوك، وقضية
الموصل، ومسألة المياه

This study deals with the impact of the changes that have defined the
region of the Middle East from 1990 to 2010 and Turkey’s policy toward
Iraq, and also to address the regulating frameworks in this policy, whether
the transformations in the ruling elites in Turkey or the historic frameworks
that control Turkish relations, particularly with regard to issues concerning
the Kurds, Kirkuk, Mosul and water resources.
