I am a motivated professional with communication proficiency and extensive Lecturer at Al Israa University experience. Through my work, there is a strong emphasis on teamwork. This has helped me to understand the dynamic of teamwork. My rich experience gives me the ability to work under pressure and in insecure environment. In addition, I have practical experience of managing donors. As a person who thrives in high-pressure and fast-paced situations, I strive for positive results through the application of my program development and strategic planning abilities. Additionally, I possess expertise in partnership development and an aptitude for optimizing performance and motivating colleagues. In any position, I am able to visualize success and identify innovative and effective strategies for achieving it. In addition to my extensive office experience, I have very good communication skills; I always maintain a mature, gracious and professional manner when communicating with people, even when difficulties arise.
