الملخص العربي
This study was conducted in Biology Science Laboratories , College of Science, Tikrit University at the period from 15 Sept.2012 to 15 Aug.2013 in order to isolate and identify of yaest Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Cryptococcus curvatus from different samples such as sweets , sasuage and antox drug ,and Lactic Acid Bacteria Bifidibacterium bfidum , Lactobacillus casei were obtained from the Food Science Department in College of Agriculture, Tikrit University for using these isolate yeast and LAB as aprobiotics,the ability to tolerate different concentrations of bile salt and gastric acid or pH value were studies.
